Visoren is a private company that offers functional affordable housing to citizenship. We were founded in 2002 with the aim to build, promote and manage social rented housing and thus fill a real market demand.
Since then, we have made available to the public almost 3,000 public housing units and we are one of the companies and entities that promote housing, attached to the Register of Social Housing Promotion Entities, sponsored by the Council of Barcelona.
We are a multidisciplinary and experienced team that ensures the comfort of our tenants, we care about anything the Customer might need, so he doesn’t have to worry about his home.
Currently, we have developments in various regions such as Catalonia, Madrid, Asturias and Valencia.
All of our buildings, both social housing as university colleges, are constructed under the building and sustainability parameters that enhance energy savings and a reduction in the cost of supplies.

We specialize in two main areas: SOCIAL HOUSING FOR RENT and HOUSING FOR RENT IN UNIVERSITY COLLEGES.
We promote, build and manage developments of social housing for rent to provide citizenship, and we are responsible for these homes during the time agreed with the Administration. Citizens stand by us to have a home tailored to his needs and we care to make his stay as comfortable as possible.
On the other hand, we also build, promote and exploit University Colleges. These colleges, as well as having single and double homes, have common areas to facilitate the study and coexistence among students.
